Our Equipment:
We often get asked when we are on our Investigations all sorts of questions about the type of equipment we use. Mostly questions like what’s that For? How does that work?....I thought it would be a good idea to show you what we use on an Investigation and why we use some specialist items. If you have any of the items on the list bring them along on an investigation.
Sony TRV Digital Night Vision Camera: This is a common piece of vital equipment for any Paranormal investigator. The LED Lamp allows the operator to see in the dark for light anomalies not seen with the naked eye.
Motion Detectors: These two items have an Infra-red beam and when they are placed facing each other if the beam is broken it lets off an audible alarm. The best place to use these would be in a long corridor or on a staircase.
Toshiba HD Camcorder: This great little camera records direct on to an SD-Card although it is does not have Night vision it offers motion detection facility which is why I like to use this to observe trigger objects when it is mounted on to a Tripod.
Laser Thermometer Gun: We use this to record room temperature on the start and middle and end of an investigation or if there is a sudden change in temperature.
EMF Meter: The EMF Meter helps us to record the Electromagnetic field readings . It is used to assist us in a baseline tests so we can determine what may cause sudden splurge of high voltage readings.
K2-Meter: We love this little gadget the spectrum of rainbow colours have LED Lights and we use this the same as an EMF Meter, But we can use this to ask a spirit to walk towards it and make the lights come on.
CCTV-Recording Kit: This CCTV kit is wireless and records all images on to an SD Card so we can view it at a later time with out the use of a TV. However we like to connect this up to our laptop and watch live.
E-ZEECAP: This USB capture device allows us to pull off any video clip from our camcorder and download any size footage on to our website or onto our Laptops.
CCTV-and B/W Monitor – We also have a Small Black and White 7inch TV screen that comes complete with a night vision CCTV Camera. We can’t record from this as it is not designed to do this but it will allow us to monitor an area from a good distance away as it is wireless.
10 Megapixel Casio Camera: We like to have nice clear pictures on our ghost nights and it is important to use a camera no less than 5 megapixels. This is so we can clearly see what the picture is about.
EVP Voice Digital Recorder: This clever little Listening device is nicknamed the EVP Recorder...Electronic Voice Phenomena. It is used to allow us to record and play back any sounds that we may not be able to Listen too with the Human Ears.

There is more equipment on the market, these are just the basics and if cost was not an issue I am sure we would get it.
